I have so many wonderful memories of growing up with your whole family and spending every weekend up North at our cottages....I have always considered you and your whole family as part of our family....I have so many memories of us spending time together and celebrating Christmas , and I will never forget our yearly tradition of tobaganning down the long hill of your driveway at the cottage...!! I was always looking forward to that every year!! Also summers, having horsehoe tournaments , and going sailing on your sailboat with Eric and Wendy, and so many more adventures! You always made sure all the kids had fun activities to do, we were always outside doing something fun!! I will always remember how loving and caring and attentive you were and how you always made everyone happy when they were around you, you made everyone's day a little brighter when you were with them. My dear Eleanor, friend of more than 60 years. We have done so many things together: Theatre shows, museums, food fairs, etc. One thing comes to mind is our 21 day trip to the Maritimes with our husbands. We explored as many places as we were able. Wherever we went, Eleanor found beaches. I don't think she missed too many. I always looked forward to her Christmas cards, always with a note on update of her family. Your smile is registered in my heart. May you rest in peace dear Eleanor.
