Bruno Montesano 1939-2020
Passed away on Monday, November 9th at the age 81 years old. Born in Capistrano, Italy on October 30th 1939. Son of the late Antonio Montesano and the late Carmela Tino. Loving husband of Lise Raineault for more than 50 years. Beloved father to Bruno Jr. (Muriel) and Nadia. Cherished grandfather to Catherine, Anthony and Sophiane.
He also leaves behind his brothers and sisters, late Antonio (late Giuseppina), Giuseppe (Rosina), late Rocco (Maria), Vincenzo (Judy), Maria (Marco), Teresa (Roberto), his in-laws, Robert Raineault (Ginette Archambault), Francine Raineault (Jacques Purcell) and his godsons Ralph Mandaliti, the late Giuseppe Montesano, Sébastien Raineault and Frédérick Purcell, his many nieces and nephews, their children and grandchildren, as well as his numerous cousins and friends.
He will also be missed by former scouts, who will remember him as Bagheera, which he had the pleasure of guiding in the early eighties.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of your choice in his memory.
Carissimo Bruno, ci mancherai, ma i bei ricordi di te dureranno per sempre. Riposare in pace.
Visitations will take place at the White and Sons Funeral home 3555 Metcalfe, Rawdon, J0K 1S0 on Saturday November 14th between 10:30 and 11:30 am. A PRIVATE SERVICE WILL TAKE PLACE AT 11:30 am.
